Welcome to Thetford and Brecks Football Blog, which summarises non-league and amateur matches that I have attended in the Thetford and Brecks area, and nearby. Teams that will mainly feature include:

Due to my location, I will be covering a lot of Thetford Town games, but I hope to go and see as many of the other teams as possible as the fixtures allow.
There will also be the occasional Colchester United report, as and when I can get to their games, as well as the odd Reading match for my sins.

The match reports I upload are how I viewed the game and are by no means a 100% accurate representation, as some action may have taken place the other side of the pitch. If you do see any inaccuracies, please let me know and I will do my best to correct, and if you disagree with anything, add a comment and I am more than happy to discuss. Finally, don't take anything personally, this is just one man's view of what happened on a football pitch, the main aim is to document the match, thereby creating a record in history, and to ultimately promote grassroots football.
